The Northwest Georgia Housing Authority (NWGHA) is seeking qualifications proposals from interested Energy Services Companies (ESCos) that are capable of providing comprehensive energy management and energy-related capital improvement services through an energy performance contract that will improve the energy and water efficiency of the Authority s housing complexes.
