The Allentown Housing Authority (AHA) will enter into a Water and Energy Performance contract (EPC) with Constellation Energy Projects & Services Group, Inc. n/k/a Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. (Constellation), under the Department of Housing & Urban Development’s (HUD’s) energy efficiency program. Constellation shall provide a cost savings guarantee as part of its commitment to AHA.
