Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, will be received at the office of the Oxford County Customer Services, 21 Reeve Street, Woodstock by the undersigned until 2:00 p.m., local time, on: Thursday, October 25th, 2012 for the following: Upgrade to the existing HVAC System at the Oxford County Public Health and Emergency services Building. All bids must be accompanied by a certified cheque, payable to the County of Oxford, for $7,500.00 tender deposit, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish a 50% performance bond and 50% Labour and Materials bond. An optional site meeting will be held on Tuesday October 16th, 10:00 am at the Public Health and Emergency Services Building, 410 Buller Street, Woodstock, Ontario. A Contract documents CD may be obtained at the Oxford County, Customer Service Desk, P.O. Box 1614, 21 Reeve Street, Woodstock, Ontario, N4S 7Y3.
