Contractors Please Note: There will be an on-site pre-bid meeting at 1:30 PM CT, October 16, 2012. Contractors shall meet at the Physical Plant Office. Each contractor shall examine the premises and be satisfied as to the existing site conditions before submitting a sealed bid. Pre-bid meeting attendance is optional for contractors to be responsible and their bid to be considered.
