Sealed bids will be received by the South Jersey Transportation Authority for: ATLANTIC CITY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ACY) BOILER REPLACEMENT Work to be completed under this project is to include, but not be limited to, entire demolition of the two existing boilers and associated boiler room hot water heating system at the Atlantic City International Airport terminal building. Associated new work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of three water tube boilers, hot water supply and return piping, gas piping, domestic water piping, piping insulation, provision of HVAC instrumentation and controls, VFD pumps, in-line boiler pumps, hydronic specialties, ducted flues and make up air systems, chimney capping, tertiary pumping modifications, patching and painting. Electrical new work includes, but is not limited to, alterations to circuits of existing panel boards, a new electrical panelboard with transformer installation and all work associated with the new boilers installation. Electrical scope will also include the modification of existing boiler room lighting fixture locations for demolition and final project layout. Pursuant to certain specifications prepared by the South Jersey Transportation Authority, Department of Engineering. Said bids will be opened and read aloud in public on Friday, November 9, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at the address below. Specifications and Bid Documents are available upon the payment of the sum of $75.00, non-refundable, for each set. Checks should be made payable to the South Jersey Transportation Authority. The Specifications and Bid Documents will be available for purchase on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 after 1:00 P.M. Payment must be received prior to obtaining said Specifications and Bid Documents, either by mail or in person.
