The Harrisburg Housing Authority (HHA) is seeking the services of a firm to perform a Green Physical Needs Assessment and Energy Audit and Annual Updates to the document(s) as required under the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) new Green Physical Needs Assessment (GPNA) process. Although HUD's GPNA tool is still in development, a prototype tool and guidance is available via the following URL. http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/program_offices/public_indian_housing/programs/ph/capfund/gpnatool The Request for Proposal documents are available electronically by registering as a vender at www.harrisburghousing.org . After registering, the documents can be downloaded from the Penn Bid website. Proposal packages are accepted until January 15, 2013 at 2 PM. Under no circumstances will late submissions be accepted.
