Energy Project RFP Alert - Canada - Town Of Milton Bid - Replacement Of Hvac Equipment

Description:
The Town of Milton invites suppliers to submit a tender to supply all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the decommissioning, removal and disposal of two heat units and supply, installation and commissioning of two new replacement units. Bids on forms supplied by the Town of Milton will be received by the Corporate Services Department, Purchasing on or before 11:00 a.m. local time, on: December 12, 2012. There is a bid document fee of: $50.66 (incl. HST) for the documents. Bidders must register for the bid document to be listed as a plan taker. Submissions will only be considered from the list of registered plan takers. Once a registered plan taker, you may download the documents from the Town of Milton’s website, www.milton.ca. Please note that in order to download the bids from our website you must pay by visa or mastercard. If you prefer to pay by cash, cheque, or debit, you may obtain the bid documents at the Town Hall, Corporate Services Department, Purchasing, 150 Mary Street, 1st Floor, Milton, Ontario during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any inquiries regarding these bids may be directed to Purchasing at purchasing@milton.ca. Plan takers and current bids are also posted on the web site.
