The Work includes removal and replacement of attic insulation. Addition of building pressurization and 100% outside air
rooftop unit. Replacement of existing multizone air handlers with VAV air handlers and fan powered VAV boxes. Full turnkey installation including general construction work, electrical conduit/wire and power, temperature controls, and hydronic
piping installation. Estimate: $1,450,000 to $1,650,000. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 20
working days subsequent to the specified bid opening time. The contractor shall pay not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages for
work of a similar character in the locality in which the work is performed, as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and
Industrial Relations and as set out in the detailed plans and specifications.
