Removal of existing variable air volume electric heat system in the area indicated, including terminal boxes, associated ductwork and diffusers. Removal of Special Armstrong Integrated Ceiling System. Removal of exhaust fans.
Provide and install variable air volume packaged rooftop unit serving Administration Offices and corridors. Provide and install new VAV terminals, new exhaust fans for toilets, ductwork, and diffusers. Provide and install new acoustical ceiling system in Administration Offices. Reinstall Armstrong Integrated Ceiling in corridors.
Provide and install new automatic temperature control system.
Provide structural reinforcements and supports for new rooftop unit.
Provide power wiring for new air conditioning system.
