North East Independent School District is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Chiller and Boiler Replacement Project Phase IV (5 Campuses). RFCSP documents may be obtained from the offices of Silber & Associates Consulting Engineers, 8622 Crownhill Blvd. #201, San Antonio, TX 78209, telephone 210.826.6392, beginning at noon on March 20, 2012. Cost per set is $0.00. Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted at the NEISD Richard A. Middleton Education Center, 8961 Tesoro Dr., Room 313.04, San Antonio, TX 78217 on March 28, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. This proposal package shall demonstrate the Offeror's ability to deliver the "best value" to NEISD in accordance with the selection criteria set forth in the RFCSP. Bid security of five percent (5%) of the proposal must be furnished. Payment and Performance Bond in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid will also be required.
