The Lancaster County School District is accepting competitive sealed bids for HVAC & Lighting
Renovations at South Middle School. Sealed bids will be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on 4/3/2012. A
non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 3/22/2012 @ 3:30 p.m. at Lancaster County School District
Office, 300 S Catawba Street, Lancaster, SC 29720. Interested bidders should contact Wanda Deese at

Plans & Specifications: Plans and specifications may be obtained from the Lancaster County School
District’s Procurement Department. There is a $50.00 refundable deposit required for each set of plans and
specifications. Deposit must be paid by check made payable to the Lancaster County School District. Plans
and specifications may be picked up at the District Office. If the bidder will provide the district with a selfprepared
Fed Ex or UPS shipping label along with the $50.00 check, the district will ship the plans and
specifications to the bidder. Deposit for plans and specs will be returned to bidder if plans are returned to
