Replace existing HID Metal Halide fixtures with 2x4 fluorescent fixtures (one-for-one) to include removal of existing fixtures and installation of the new fixtures; new and existing wiring changes and cosmetic work, Properly dispose of old fixtures and lamps. Use existing wiring/conduit/switches where possible. Sub contractors list due with bid for district approval. Contractor is responsible for student and faculty safety considerations and work around school hours, Special arrangements will likely be needed. Coordinate with school principal. Material procurement and initial site work can begin upon receipt of Notice to Proceed, however, the gym will not be available until June 25th. All work must be completed on or before August 3, 2012.
