The Easton area School District will receive sealed bids for the boiler replacement project at the Paxinosa Elementary School. Work will include the removal of existing boilers and associated equipment and the installation of new boilers and associated equipment and controls. Bids for the project are due at the office of the Chief Operating Officer, Easton Area School District, 1801 Bushkill Drive, Easton, Pennsylvania 18040 no later than 1:00 p.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. A mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be conducted on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, at Paxinosa Elementary School located at 1221 Northampton Street, Easton, PA 18042. Non-attendees will not be permitted to bid. Site visits are required. Bidders shall contact Mr. Tim Case at the District Maintenance Office, (610) 923-8948, to make arrangements for additional site visits.
