RFQ Description:
The 5th Contracting squadron requires the repair of HVAC (GSHP) in buildings 165 and 168 on Minot AFB, ND. The work is 25% general, 50% mechanical and 25% electrical. The statement of magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Performance Period is 330 calendar days. Work shall be executed in accordance with the required government specifications. Water and electricity required will be furnished by the Government. The work is not in a restricted area. Liquidated damages will be assessed for late performance. A one-year Warranty of Construction will be applicable to this requirement.
