Request for Qualifications for a Energy Savings Performance Program/Contract Pursuant to Texas Education Code 44.901 Lago Vista Independent School District is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Energy Savings Performance Program/Contract as provided in Texas Education Code 44.901 et seq. The Request for Qualifications package, which includes important information including information required for submission by interested parties, may be obtained March 9, 2012, and March 19 through April 4, 2012 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (note that the District is closed the week of March 12, 2012 for Spring Break and that on April 4 the package is only available until the 3:00 p.m. deadline), Monday through Friday at the Office of the Superintendent, Mr. Matt Underwood, 8039 Bar K Ranch Road, P.O. Box 4929, Lago Vista, Texas 78645, p. 512.267.8300, f. 512.267.8304. Qualifications shall be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m., April 4, 2012. Lago Vista ISD reserves the right to reject any and all submissions.
