A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include removal and replacement of two HVAC
systems serving the top floor classroom pods of the Sam Glenn Complex. Replacement systems will also include
new supply and ductwork systems as well as minor ceiling repairs. Alternate No. 1 includes replacing all of the
existing ceiling air outlets and Alternate No. 2 includes replacing the packed rooftop handler serving the top floor
