Alert Type: Bid Description: Removal of an existing steam to hot water heat exchanger; hot water distribution pumps; a steam condensate receiver; hot water, steam and condensate piping; pneumatic dampers and control valves; two existing process pumps; all associated electrical and controls associated with the systems removed. NEW WORK - Addition of two 1,500 MBH condensing boilers and condensate neutralization kits; boiler sealed combustion intakes and flues; two base mounted end suction hot water pumps; expansion tank, air separator; hot water piping and valves, control valves on existing hot water terminal equipment; control dampers serving existing air handling equipment; natural gas piping; concrete pads; all associated electrical and control devices and connections; and a new PLC control system.
