The purpose of Request for Proposal (RFP) 2012-131-315-36 is to solicit and obtain, from qualified firms
or individuals, a complete lighting retrofit for the Evans International Elementary School (EES) Cafeteria
and Sand Creek High School (SCHS) Gymnasium. The conference will allow interested respondents to view both schools.
Questions will not be answered at the pre-proposal conference. They will be compiled and published to
all interested parties in an Addendum. The pre-proposal conference is not mandatory however; visitors are not allowed to show up unannounced to review the schools at any other time.
