Alert Type: RFP Description: This Request for Proposal (the RFP) provides an opportunity to submit Proposals for review by the City and, depending on the Citys evaluation of Proposals, among other factors, to potentially negotiate with the City to enter into an Agreement. EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE IN APPENDIX 1 TO PART C OF THE RFP: (I) NO PART OF THE RFP CONSISTS OF AN OFFER BY THE CITY TO ENTER INTO ANY CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP; AND (II) NO PART OF THE RFP IS LEGALLY BINDING ON THE CITY. The RFP concerns the Citys interest in procuring light emitting diode (the LED) street lighting cobrahead luminaires.
