Alert Type: Bid Description: The College is requesting bids from qualified Contractors to furnish, delivered, and unloading of LED roadway lighting (fixtures only) as specified under the Cost Page. Exhibit H is attached for your reference. Bidders may not propose other lighting systems at mentioned under Article 25 of these General Terms and Conditions. Due to funding, the initial project consisting of a quantity of eighty-one (81)- ARE-SLM66-2M-DA-06-D-UL-ZE-700-40K and four (4) - ARE-SLM66-5M-DA-06-D-UL-ZE-700-40K fixtures as described in Exhibit A, attached here to will need to be invoiced and completed by June 28, 2013. The total quantity of fixtures maybe modified from time to time by the College, in accordance with a properly executed Amendment. Unit costs established on the Bid proposal from, Exhibit A, hereto shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year commencing upon Contract execution.
