2:00 P.M., L.P.T. All Bids must be only in the form prescribed by METRA and must be made in accordance with this
Invitation for Bid, and other Contract Documents, all of which are on file and available for
examination at the office of METRA at the above address and are made part of this notice as though
fully set forth herein. Copies of such documents can be obtained from such office on written request
to METRA, Material Management Department. Request for any change in the Contract Documents
must be received in writing by METRA no later than (10) calendar days prior to the date for Bid
opening. METRA reserves the right to accept any Bid or any part thereof or to reject any and all
