Energy Project RFP Alert - US CA - County Of Placer Bid - Parking Lot Lighting Maintenance Annual Contract

Alert Type: Bid Description: The Office of Procurement Services, 2964 Richardson Drive, Auburn, CA 95603, prior to 3:30:00 PM local time, April 3, 2013, immediately after which time bids will be opened for the following project: PARKING LOT LIGHTING MAINTENANCE ANNUAL CONTRACT, PLACER COUNTY BID NO. 10205. The Work to be done consists generally of inspection, maintenance and repair of parking lot lighting. The County has estimated the annual cost of the Work to be Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($ 25,000.00). A pre-bid job walk will not be conducted. Bidders may visually inspect the sites on their own prior to the bid due date. Although bidders may not access secured (fenced) areas at the Auburn Justice Center and the South Placer Adult Correctional Facility, parking lot lights within these secured areas are visible from outside the fence. Official copies of Bid Documents can only be obtained from the County of Placer Procurement Services Division, 2964 Richardson Drive, Auburn, CA 95603, (530) 886-2122 upon payment of Ten Dollars ($10.00), with an additional Five Dollars ($5.00) if the Documents are to be mailed.
