MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue a Solicitation for Non-Personal Services to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform HVAC Control System Maintenance in Building 1454 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 01 December 2012 (or subsequent date) through 30 November 2013 with two three option periods.
