The Town of Okotoks is requesting proposals from qualified entities to provide electricity and natural gas consulting and procurement services for its physical energy supply requirements. Contract duration to be determined based on the proposals received.

The Town will select a qualified proponent based on the responses to this Request for Proposal. The agreement will be awarded to the company judged to provide the best value for the Town, based on the information provided. Prospective respondents shall clearly demonstrate their ability to perform in providing energy consulting services for institutional and municipal clients.
RFP closes at 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, December 7, 2012. Proposals are to be titled “Energy Consulting Services- Request for Proposal”. Respondent must include one original and two copies of their responses. The responses must be included in a sealed envelope/package with the title of the RFP and the respondent’s name, address and telephone number. Proposals can be submitted in person to the Municipal Centre or mailed to: Town of Okotoks
