Sealed proposals in response to Bid No. WSU 2013-026 Wilson Hall - Chiller/HVAC Replacement (Equipment Pre-Purchase); Project is to Pre-Purchase specific chiller and other related HVAC equipment for installation under another project. (A Project site visit/walk through is scheduled for November 8, 2012 at 9:00 AM in the lobby of Wilson Hall) shall be received by Westfield State University at the Procurement Office, 333 Western Ave., Westfield, MA 01086 until 11:00 AM, November 21, 2012 and then in said office opened publicly and read aloud. Proposal documents may be obtained at the Procurement Office at 333 Western Avenue, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, or by calling 413-572-5245. All proposals for this program are subject to the provisions of either or both Mass. G.L., Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended and Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 44A-44T inclusive. Attention is directed to the minimum wage rate to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries under the provisions of Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D inclusive. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
