Replace existing multizone unit serving second level of building with new multizone unit. New ductwork and piping, controls shall be installed as shown on drawings. Remove and replace existing domestic hot and cold water piping as shown on the drawing. Bids are invited for a General Contract for the Work of the above project. Bids will be received by Roane County at Roane County Courthouse Purchasing Department 200 E. Race Street Kingston, TN 37763 until: 2:00 PM EDT TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2012 at which time and place bids will be publicly opened by the Designer. Bids sent by mail should be directed to the attention of Lynn Farnham, Purchasing Agent Roane County Courthouse 200 E. Race Street, Suite #3 Kingston, TN 37763 A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held November 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Roane County Courthouse. Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $25,000 in value are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. A statement of public contract crime status is required in the Bid form. A five percent (5%) Bid Security is required. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids.
