THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED (SDVO) SMALL BUSINESSES.
The US Geological Survey, EROS Data Center, Sioux Falls, SD, anticipates an award of a firm fixed price contract for construction of Project DOB0038, `Remove and Replace Multiple HVAC Systems in the Mundt Federal Building, EROS Data Center, Sioux Falls, SD.` In accordance with the statement of work, specifications and drawings, the contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace multiple HVAC systems in the Mundt Federal Building, EROS Data Center, 47914 252nd St., Sioux Falls, SD 57198.The estimated magnitude for this project is between $2,000,000.00 and $4,000,000.00. Solicitation G13PS00014 will be issued on or about November 20, 2012. All information for this solicitation will be posted on www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net. Hardcopies will not be available. Performance period is expected to be 540 days from receipt of notice to proceed (see solicitation for details). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 and the size standard is $14.0M. All interested SDVO firms must be registered in the US Contractor Registration at www.sam.gov and must have a current record in the online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at www.sam.gov. A site visit will be scheduled prior to proposal submission and is anticipated to be on or about December 6, 2012. The Actual site visit date and details will be available in the solicitation.
