Construction documents may be obtained beginning at Noon on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from the offices of Silber Associates Consulting Engineers, 8622 Crownhill Blvd # 201, San Antonio, TX 78209, Phone (210) 826-6392. Cost per Set is $0.00. A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at the NEISD Richard A. Middleton Education Center, 8961 Tesoro Dr., Room 210, San Antonio, TX 78217 on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at 10:00 AM. This proposal package shall demonstrate the Offeror's ability to deliver the "best value" to NEISD in accordance with the selection criteria set forth in the RFCSP. Bid security of five percent (5%) of the proposal must be furnished. Payment and Performance Bond in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid will also be required.
