Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) is soliciting responses from qualified consultants to provide basic engineering design services as defined by the Arkansas Building Authority Minimum Standards and Criteria (ABA MSC ) at Four Capitol Mall/Arch Ford Building, State Capitol Complex in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalist for interview in accordance with the ABA MSC. The Agency reserves the right to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis or an hourly not-to-exceed basis as appropriate for the contemplated work. The deadline for submitting detailed responses to this RFQ will be 2:00, November 30, 2012.
