The Warner Robins Housing Authority (WRHA) is currently soliciting proposals/bids for
installation of 56 HVAC units. There are 10 one bedroom, 20 two bedroom and 26 three
bedroom apartments that will have new HVAC units installed. The square footage and
bedroom sizes are listed below.
1 bedroom – 600’
2 bedrooms- 790’
3 bedrooms – 970’
Interested and qualified heating contractors who have successfully demonstrated their ability to perform any of the above listed work are invited to submit proposals/bids. Small businesses, minority and women owned businesses are encouraged to respond.
