Sealed proposals will be received by PRAB, Inc. 90 Jersey Ave., New Brunswick, New Jersey on January 25, 2012, 11:00am, prevailing time and at that time publicly opened and reviewed for the proper delivery of "GAS FIRED WATER BOILER/S REPLACEMENT " in Middlesex County The Bid Documents and Specifications are on file and may be examined and obtained at 90 Jersey Ave., New Brunswick, New Jersey 08901, Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm. Documents WILL NOT be mailed. No bid will be received by mail, and all bids shall be submitted on the bid form furnished by PRAB, Inc.. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of PRAB, Inc. PRAB, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids and to accept the bid and award the contract to the bidder which, in its best judgment, best serves the interest of PRAB, Inc. The bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, properly endorsed with the name of the bidder, with the destination, "WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM BOILER PROPOSAL". Sealed envelopes must be delivered to PRAB Inc. 90 Jersey Ave., New Brunswick, New Jersey 08901. Proposal is for the replacement of 3 GAS FIRED WATER BOILERS servicing a high rise building.. Bidders are required to comply with the provisions of NJSA 10:2-1 through 10:2-4, and Public Law 1975 c.127 dealing with discrimination in employment on public contract. Bidders must be registered with the State of New Jersey, be familiar with Davis/ Bacon as it applies to prevailing wages. Minority contractors are encouraged to bid.
