RFI Description: This project will install a forced air split type heating and cooling system for the
above noted building. The final plans and layout for the building have not been
fully decided so the ductwork system will have to be adaptable to the final wall
and ceiling layout that is decided upon.
For now, the system will consist of the furnace, coil and condensing unit,
ductwork system and sidewall duct registers, flue, natural gas piping,
condensate piping and installation of a thermostat. The furnace and cooling
coil will set in the northeast corner of the building where a future mechanical
room will be built and the condensing unit will set either on the north or east
side of the building, whichever the owner prefers, directly outside of the
