Competitive sealed proposals will be received by the SAISD for the Replacement of the Two Boilers with One Fire Tube Boilers at JT Brackenridge ES. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted at 10:00 am on Wed, 01-25-12 in the Conference Room of Materials Management/Purchasing Dept, 1215 Austin St, SA, TX 78208. Original signed sealed proposal and three (3) copies and must be delivered to the Materials Management/Purchasing Dept. on or before 2:00 pm on Tues, 02-07-12 at which time they will be publicly opened, names of proposers read aloud, and monetary proposals stated. A copy of the RFCSP may be obtained from Rosalie Cavazos, (210) 224-2781 ext: 120, Materials Management/Purchasing Dept, between the hours of 9:00 am - 11:00 am and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm beginning on Tues, 01-17-12 after 1:00 pm upon deposit of $200.00 (Check or Money Order payable to the SAISD). Contractors returning documents will only be refunded a maximum amount of $200.00. The District will retain all other deposits for additional sets.
