Project Number 636-11-117, Cooling Tower Roof. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by drawings and specifications (when available). Construction area is located in existing structure adjacent to Buiding 8 at the Grand Island Division of the Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System located at 2201 North Broadwell, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803. Work includes, but is not limited to, storm water management, steel, roof insulation and roof membrane and certain other items necessary for completion of this project. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA codes.
