Alert Type: Bid Description: The Wyoming Department of Administration and Information, Procurement Section, will receive sealed proposals until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 9, 2013, at the Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, for the Wyoming Military Department's Lander Armory HVAC Upgrade design-build project. Project Description: The project consists of the design, furnishing and installation of all components to upgrade the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) in the entire building. The Armory has 12,652 SF of floor space, which includes a drill hall with 5,357 SF of floor space. This new equipment will be tied into the existing control system, per Wyoming Military Department standards. A Pre-Submittal Teleconference will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on April 3, 2013 via teleconference by calling 1-877-928-6567; enter participant code of 4758269#. The purpose of this teleconference is to review the proposal instructions and answer questions about this type of procurement instrument.
