Postal Service (USPS) is seeking Qualification Statements from prime general contractors and HVAC contractors wishing to be prequalified for fixed-price contracts for medium to large HVAC Repair and Alteration projects in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. PRIMARY FACTORS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR PREQUALIFICATION are company background, eligibility, bonding and financial stability, safety, quality, and comparable experience. Qualification Statements will be evaluated by qualified personnel selected by a USPS contracting officer. Contractors who successfully prequalify will be eligible for future potential opportunities to provide proposals for USPS HVAC projects in these areas.
