Alert Type: Bid Description: Sealed bids will be received by the Rhode Island Airport Corporation (the Owner), at 2000 Post Road, Warwick, RI, 02886 until 11:00 AM, local time, April 10, 2013 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read for the following project at T. F. Green Airport, 2000 Post Road, Third Floor Reception Area, Warwick, RI 02886. The relocation of the airfield lighting vault and equipment at the Quonset State Airport in North Kingstown, RI. As part of this project a new stand alone structure, including site improvements, is to constructed to house new and relocated airfield lighting vault equipment. The airfield lighting equipment includes, but is not limited to, a new building electrical service, new and relocated constant current regulators, an new airfield lighting control system, a new diesel powered back up generator, an automatic transfer switch, and other electrical components. Existing airfield lighting vault equipment identified for reuse shall be relocated from the existing vault to the new structure.
