Energy Project RFP Alert - US MI - Livonia Public Schools Bid - Gymnasium Lighting Replacement

Alert Type: Bid Description: Sealed bids will be received until 12:00 P.M. on the 16th day of April, 2013 at the Livonia Public Schools, Board of Education Maintenance Office, 15125 Farmington Road, Livonia, Michigan 48154. Mailed bids should be sent to the attention of Ray Raymond. The Bid Opening will take place at 2:30 PM on the 16th day of April, 2013 at the Livonia Public Schools Board of Education Office at which time, all bids will be publicly opened and read. No bids will be accepted after the date and time specified, and will not be opened. Oral, telephone, fax or electronic mail bids are invalid and will not receive consideration. A mandatory pre-bid walk through is scheduled, for Thursday April, 4, 2013 at 10:00AM beginning at the main entrance lobby of Kennedy Elementary 13201 Hubbard Livonia, MI 48154. All bids must include a Treasury listed bid bond or certified check made payable to Livonia Public Schools for not less than five percent (5%) of the contract for each bid over $22,3826 and must be submitted with the bid forms furnished with the specifications. All bids shall remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days. All bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid packet and all sheets must be returned for the bid.
