The South Brunswick Township Board of Education invites the submission of sealed bids for specific Energy Efficiency Improvements at Crossroads South Middle School. These Improvements include an Energy Management System and overall Facility Improvement Measures. This is a New Jersey Pay for Performance Project. The purpose of this project is to improve the facility in three primary areas: Indoor Air Quality, Energy Efficiency and Sustainability. BID NO: 2011-17 ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND FACILITY IMPROVEMENT MEASURES REVISED BID DUE DATE Bids will be received until 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at the Business Office, 231 Blackhorse Lane, North Brunswick, NJ, 08902 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened. All bid submissions must be either hand delivered or sent via UPS, Fed Ex, etc. Bid submissions will not be accepted via the United States Postal Service as we cannot guarantee the receipt of those packages. Bids WILL NOT be accepted via email. Specification and Bid Forms may be requested by email to Joan.Bonk@sbschools.org. The following information must be included with your request: Company Name, Contact Person, Company Address, Phone and Fax Numbers. Upon receipt of the information the bid package will be sent via email to the requestor. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Any bid submitted will be binding for 60 days subsequent to the date of the bid opening. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c 127, (NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27).
