Pursuant to Chapter 120, F.S., the posting of this Notice of Intended Award will commence on 12/13/11 @ 12:00pm and continue for 72 hours, excluding holidays & weekends until 12/16/11 @ 12:00pm. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57, F.S. or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, F.S.
