KNOWN VENDOR: NazTech,Inc. Vendor information must be received by 3:00 P.M. on January 4, 2012 at the address listing in the posting. If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information received from prospective vendors, that the commodities or contractual services a re available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Bid System, notice of its intended decision to enter a single source purchase contract in the manner specified in s. 120.57(3) Florida Statutes.
