The Board of Frederick County Commissioners of Frederick County, Maryland (BOCC) invites bids from bidders for HVAC System Upgrade at the Frederick County Senior Center. Please refer to Bid #12-CP-09 when inquiring on this bid. A Pre-Bid conference will be held on January 11, 2012 at 10:00 AM local time in the Senior Center, located at 1440 Taney Avenue, Frederick, Maryland 21702. A site visit will follow the Pre-Bid. Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Department no later than 3:00 PM local time on January 26, 2012 in the Purchasing Conference Room, located at 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent shall be provided with the bid. If awarded, a Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent and a Materials and Labor Bond in the amount of 100 percent will be required. Individuals requiring special accommodations are requested to contact the Purchasing office at 301-600-1067 voice, or TTY: Use Maryland Relay.
