The Township of Woodbridge, Middlesex County, State of New Jersey, at the Purchasing Department, 3rd floor, 1 Main Street, Woodbridge, NJ 07095, will receive request for proposals on June 29, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at which time they will be publicly opened and read for: Contract #1: Energy Audit Services Bid Forms, Specifications and Instructions to Bidders may be obtained at the office of Purchasing Depart, 1 Main St. Woodbridge. Each Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, endorsed and addressed to the Township of Woodbridge, 1 Main Street, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Bids can be picked-up at One Main Street, Woodbridge, NJ 07095 on the 3rd floor, Purchasing Department between the hours of 9-12 & 2-4. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of (N.J.A.C. 17:27 & N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.). All proposals submitted by corporation or partnerships shall submit a list of those stockholders owning ten percent (10%) or more interest in the firm in accordance with P.L. 1977, c.33. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, chapter 150, Laws of 1963.
