The project consists of the removal of an existing firebox hot water boiler, the installation of two new condensing boilers, the installation of a boiler room combustion air system and associated piping revisions, the removal of an existing hot water storage tank system and replacement with a new condensing gas hot water heater and electric backup, new category IV stacks, the creation of a new corridor, test and balancing and temperature control work.

Parties that download the plans and specifications and need to have them printed elsewhere are solely responsible for those printing costs.
