The scope will include removal of existing cooling tower; purchase of replacement cooling tower as identified in Section 2.3, all associated parts, components and materials. Work must be completed in a time frame that will not interrupt the instructional program of the school and may require work to be completed after the school day or on weekends. Each contractor shall provide all materials necessary to start the system, provide training on operation of the system to identified district staff and provide an optional three year Service Agreement to provide preventative maintenance to this equipment.
