The work consists of the following items as described in the documents prepared by Thompson Consulting Engineers, located at 22 Enterprise
Parkway, Suite 200, Hampton Virginia. 1.) The replacement of 4 central station air handling units with new and 3 return air fans with new, including chilled and hot water coils, fans, and control dampers. 2.) Removal of refrigeration system and installation of new modular chiller with remote air-cooled condenser and chiller water pump.
