NOTICE SEALED BIDS FOR FURNISH & DELIVER EQUIPMENT TO RETROFIT LIGHTING CITY HALL BUILDING In compliance with the Proposal Form and Specifications and Instructions to Bidders, on file in the Office of the Purchasing Department, Room 310 City Hall, 1301 Bacharach Blvd. Atlantic City, New Jersey. Sealed Bids shall be received when called for by the Purchasing Board at its meeting to be held in the COUNCIL CHAMBERS 2nd Floor, City Hall, 1301 Bacharach Blvd. Atlantic City, New Jersey on: TUESDAY, March 6, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. Prevailing time, at which place and time such sealed proposals shall be publicly opened and read. Said bids can be mailed or hand delivered to the City Clerk, Room 704 City Hall, Atlantic City, New Jersey prior to the date and time stated. The City of Atlantic City shall not be responsible for bidders' hand delivering bids who arrive late or to the wrong location. The City of Atlantic City shall not be responsible for late postal or overnight delivery, nor shall postmark dates or overnight dates be considered in honoring bids. A certified or cashier's check or bid bond and consent of surety shall accompany bid. (See Instructions to Bidders) Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, and chapter 33 of the Public Laws of 1977; and ordinance No. 24 of 1993 and executive order No. 2 of 1994, which are available for inspection in the City Clerk's Office
