REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT OF FORTY-THREE SELF CONTAINED HEATING VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIONING UNITS (HVAC). A certified check, payable to the order of the Housing Authority of the City of DuBois, or a Bid Bond (in the form set forth in the Contract Documents) executed by the Bidder and an acceptable security in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. All required Contract Documents must be completed and submitted with the bid. Also prior to signing the contract, the Housing Authority will require the selected contractor to secure and post both Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum.
