The bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Owner will receive bids until 2:00 p.m., local time, THURSDAY, October 4, 2012. Bids may be mailed or delivered to the Owner at the above address. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Prospective Bidders are encouraged to visit the site prior to bidding.
