Cincinnati, Ohio, (the “School District Board”), at the Purchasing Office of the Board of Education, Third
Floor, Education Center, 2651 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45219. Any Proposed Equal for a Standard shall be submitted to the Architect no later than ten (10) days prior to the bid opening. If no Addendum is issued accepting the Proposed Equal, the Proposed Equal shall be considered rejected.
